If there is a fault with your item, please fill in the form below within 14 days of receipt, (please attach photograph(s) & explanation of the fault). We cannot be held responsible for faults reported after this period.

If your package arrives damaged, please fill in the form below within 24 hours of receipt, (please attach photograph(s) of damaged packaging), in order for us to claim from our couriers.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
